The Tranquility is a mid-length walk-in bath designed for the easiest, most supported way in. Through its extra-wide door, a 545mm ramped seat lets you slide across onto it, even straight from a wheelchair, so there’s no need to step into the bath at all. Once you’re in, it’s a deep, spacious soak, and you can add spa touches like a whirlpool, heated seat or chromotherapy to make bathing something to look forward to. It’s the most advanced bath in our mid-length range, built around comfort and independence.

The Tranquility comes in two widths, 660mm and 750mm. Its 545mm ramped seat is designed for sliding in from a wheelchair, with no need to step into the bath.

Every Tranquility is fitted around you, so the final price depends on the width you choose and any spa upgrades you add. Prices start from £7,500, fully installed, with nothing hidden and no surprises.
If you’re eligible for VAT exemption, you will be VAT exempt on your new bathroom, so you won’t pay the 20% VAT, and we’ll guide you through that process. Flexible finance is also available, and it’s completely optional.

Common questions we get about the Tranquility
Can I use the Tranquility if I use a wheelchair?
Yes, the Tranquility is designed with wheelchair users in mind. Its 545mm ramped seat sits at a height that lets you slide straight across from a wheelchair, through the extra-wide door, so there’s no need to step into the bath at all. Once you’re on the seat, you settle into a deep, supported soak. It’s a good choice whether you bathe on your own or with a carer’s help.
Do you have to sit in the bath while it fills and drains?
Yes. Like any walk-in bath, the door closes before the water goes in, so you’re in the bath while it fills and drains. The Tranquility has a fast-fill faucet and fast drain to keep that wait as short as possible, and we recommend thermostatic taps so the water sits at the temperature you set.
What spa features can I add?
Plenty. The Tranquility can be upgraded with an 8-jet whirlpool, MicroBubble technology, ozone cleaning, chromotherapy and aromatherapy, a heated back and seat, and touch-pad control. You can add as many or as few as you like at your free home visit, so the bath is as simple or as spa-like as you want.
Will the Tranquility fit in my bathroom?
In many homes, yes. The Tranquility is 1300mm long and comes in a 660mm or 750mm width, so it can be matched to your space. It’s the longest of our mid-length baths, and its door opens outward, so it needs a little clear floor space in front. We measure your room carefully during your free home visit and confirm the best fit before any work begins.

The Tranquility starts from £7,500, fully installed, with the final price depending on the width you choose and any spa upgrades you add. If you’re eligible for VAT exemption, you will be VAT exempt on your new walk-in bath, so you won’t pay the 20% VAT, and we can help you with this process. You’ll always get a clear, full price at your free home visit, with nothing hidden.
How long does the installation take?
Most of our full bathroom installations are fitted in three to five days. If you add the powered spa features, they need an electrical supply and a little extra plumbing, which our team handles as part of the fit. Our own employed, DBS-checked team always does the work, with no subcontractors, and we take your old bath away and tidy up fully at the end.
