The director
Sam started Age Care Bathrooms after adapting his own grandparents' homes. Every job is still done the way he would want it done for them.

Our story
The Age Care story
It began in 2010, when Sam and his family designed and fitted a wet room for his grandma Barbara after her motor neurone disease diagnosis. Read how the company grew from there.
How we work
Every person who designs, fits and looks after your bathroom is employed by us.
Many companies sell you the job, then pass it to a subcontractor. We don't. Everyone who works on your bathroom is on our payroll, trained in how we do things, and known to us by name. It means we can tell you who will be in your home, and stand behind their work.
Accountable to you
If something is not right, it is our name on the van and our job to put it right. There is nobody to pass you on to, and one freephone number for everything, before and after the work: 0800 999 8994.
Checked before anyone knocks on your door
- Our installers are employed by us. No subcontractors.
- DBS-checked at basic level, with references taken up.
- They carry photo ID, and we'll tell you your surveyor's and installer's names in advance.
The same faces throughout
You'll have the same point of contact in our office for the whole process, from survey to installation.
