The Florida walk-in bath
The Florida is a compact walk-in bath, made for smaller bathrooms and en-suites where space is tight. Its door opens inwards, so it needs no clearance outside the bath and fits where a standard bath simply won’t. Step over the low threshold onto the built-in seat, and you still get a deep, full-depth soak in warm water up to your chest. It’s safe and easy to get in and out of, and you can add an Air spa for gentle bubbles if you’d like to make bath time feel special.

Is the Florida walk-in bath right for you?
The Florida is our answer to a small bathroom that still deserves a proper bath. It suits you best if space is tight, a full-size bath would be a squeeze, and you want a safe, warm soak without losing the room you have.
You're short on bathroom space
The compact size and inward door fit where a standard bath won’t.
You still want a proper soak
Deep, full-depth water and a built-in seat, not just a shower.
You want a safe, easy bathe
A low step, comfy seat and slip-resistant surfaces.
How the Florida compares, and when another bath suits better
All three are worth weighing up when space is tight. The Florida and Vermont are our two compact baths, while the Georgia is our narrowest mid-length if you have a little more room to give.

Common questions we get about the Florida
Will the Florida fit in my bathroom?
In most cases, yes. The Florida is one of our two compact walk-in baths, at 980mm long and 660mm wide. Its door opens inwards, so it needs no space to swing out into the room and can sit flush against a wall, basin or shower. That makes it a good fit for small bathrooms and en-suites where a standard bath won’t go. We measure your room carefully at your free home visit and confirm the fit before any work starts.
How does the inward-opening door work?
The door swings inward, into the bath itself, rather than outward into the room. You open it, step over the low 185mm threshold and sit down on the built-in moulded seat. The door then closes and seals against a watertight gasket. When you’ve finished, the bath drains before you open the door again, just like any walk-in bath. Because the door opens inwards, the Florida needs no clearance outside the bath, which is what lets it fit such tight spaces.
Do you have to sit in the bath while it fills and drains?
Yes. Like any walk-in bath, the door has to close and seal before the water goes in, so you sit on the built-in seat while the bath fills and drains. We can fit thermostatic taps that hold the water at the temperature you set, so it stays comfortable while the bath fills and empties.
What extras can I add to the Florida?
Quite a few. The Florida can be upgraded with an Air spa for gentle hydrotherapy bubbles, chromotherapy lighting, a Bluetooth sound system, a choice of brassware, and a shower screen. You can pick as many or as few as you like at your free home visit, so the bath is as simple or as spa-like as you want.
How much does the Florida cost?
The Florida starts from £7,500, fully installed, with the final price depending on any upgrades you add, such as the Air spa or chromotherapy. If you’re eligible for VAT exemption, you will be VAT exempt on your new walk-in bath, so you won’t pay the 20% VAT, and we can help you with that. You’ll always get a clear, full price at your free home visit, with nothing hidden.
How long does the installation take?
Most of our full bathroom installations take three to five days. If you add powered features like the Air spa, they need an electrical supply and a little extra plumbing, which our team handles as part of the fit. Our own employed, DBS-checked team always does the work, with no subcontractors, and we take your old bath away and tidy up fully at the end.
