The Easy Riser walk-in bath
The Easy Riser is a full-length walk-in bath with a powered seat that does the hard work for you. It gently lowers you into a deep, warm soak, then lifts you smoothly back up when you’re ready to get out, so you don’t have to push yourself up from the bottom of the bath. You step in through a wide door over a low step, and slip-resistant surfaces help you feel steady the whole time. If a standard bath has become hard to climb into, or hard to get up from once you’re in it, the Easy Riser gives you back a proper bath, in comfort and safety.

Every Easy Riser is fitted around you, so the final price depends on any extras you add. Prices start from £7,500, fully installed, with nothing hidden and no surprises.
If you’re eligible for VAT exemption, you will be VAT exempt on your new bathroom, so you won’t pay the 20% VAT, and we’ll guide you through that process. Flexible finance is also available, and it’s completely optional.

Is the Easy Riser easy to get in and out of?
Yes, far easier than a standard bath. The powered seat does the work: you sit down, it lowers you gently into the water, then lifts you smoothly back up when you’re ready, so you never have to push yourself up from the bottom. You also step in through a wide door over a low 165mm threshold instead of climbing over a high side, and everything happens at your own pace.
Can I lie back and relax, or do I sit upright?
Yes, you can lie back. The seat has a supportive, contoured backrest that reclines, so you can lean into a deep, full-length soak rather than sitting bolt upright. When you’re ready, the same seat lifts you gently back up to standing.
What happens to the powered seat if there's a power cut?
You won’t be left stuck. The Easy Riser’s seat controls have a battery backup, so if the mains power goes off, you can still operate the seat and raise yourself out of the bath as usual. It’s built in as standard, so you can relax knowing a power cut won’t leave you stranded.
Do you have to sit in the bath while it fills and drains?
Yes. Like any walk-in bath, the door has to be closed before the water goes in, so you sit in the bath while it fills, and again while it drains. We recommend thermostatic taps, which hold the water at the temperature you set, so it fills to a steady, comfortable warmth with no surprises.
Will the Easy Riser fit where my current bath is?
In most homes, yes. The Easy Riser is 1700mm long, the same as a standard UK bath, and 750mm wide, only a little wider, so it usually fits in the space your current bath takes up. It also comes in Corner and Peninsula layouts to suit different rooms. Every bathroom is different, though, so we measure yours during your free home visit and confirm the best fit before any work begins.

The Easy Riser starts from £7,500, fully installed, with the final price depending on any extras you add. How long does the installation take?
Most of our full bathroom installations are fitted in three to five days. If you’re looking for a straight swap of your old bath for a new walk-in bath, this can be done in a single day. Our own employed, DBS-checked team always does the work; no subcontractors are used. At the end, we tidy up fully and take your old bathtub away.
