What happens to my old bath?
Don’t worry. Our installation service comes complete with full waste removal. We want you to have minimal disruption, so we make sure your old bath and any other items of waste are removed and that your new walk-in bath is ready to use immediately!
How do I use a walk-in bath?
Using a walk-in bath is simple. You just open the door, step inside, take a seat, and close the door behind you. When the door is completely closed and locked in place, it forms a watertight seal (we are happy to show you how). Next, fill the tub with water to the desired level, sit back, relax and enjoy bathing independently. When you’re finished, drain the bath until it’s empty, then open the door and walk out.
Can a walk-in bath leak?
A properly installed walk-in bath will not leak. We have years of experience supplying and installing walk-in baths, and we make sure that every walk-in bath we install has a watertight seal around the door to prevent leaks. To maintain this seal, simply leave the door open when not in use and avoid sitting or leaning on it.
Does a walk-in bath use more water?
Filling a walk-in bath usually takes the same amount of water as a standard bath. Although walk-in baths have different capacities depending on the model, they all hold approximately the same volume of water. Before installation, we will happily discuss the volume of water your chosen model of walk-in bath will require when full, alongside any other concerns you may have.
Can the water scold me?
