The challenge
Add-ons that could only do so much
Samantha’s bathroom had a standard bath, sink and toilet, with grab rails added over time. The extra rails helped, but the layout stayed restrictive, and stepping in and out of the bath was the hardest part of every day.

Our solution
A wet room built around her
We removed the bath and fitted a level-access shower area with anti-slip flooring. Grab rails and drop-down support arms sit exactly where they are needed, a drop-down seat makes showering comfortable, and a thermostatic shower and taps keep the water temperature steady and safe. A heated towel rail adds a little everyday warmth.

Samantha now has a spacious, modern wet room that supports her independence without shouting about it. It is easier to use, safer every day and ready for whatever comes next.
