How Lesley's wet room came together

The challenge

A shower with a step in the way

Lesley’s old bathroom had a corner shower cubicle with a large step, along with a standard toilet and basin. Stepping into the tray had become difficult, and the room no longer worked the way she needed.

Our solution

A full, level wet room

We removed the old suite and redesigned the space as a full wet room with level-access flooring. It includes a wall-mounted folding shower seat, a comfort-height toilet with a matching bidet, an LED mirror cabinet and waterproof AKW fitted furniture, all finished in easy-clean marble-effect panels.

Lesley now has a fresh, practical wet room that pairs real accessibility with a contemporary, upmarket finish. Safe to use every day, and a pleasure to be in.
