The challenge
One fixture, many struggles
Brent’s bathroom had a standard toilet that no longer met his day to day needs. Sitting down and standing up had become the hardest part of using the room, and it needed a better answer than another add-on rail.

Our solution
A toilet that meets him halfway
We fitted a rise and fall toilet with fold-down support rails on both sides, alongside a new wall-mounted basin with an easy lever tap and a heated towel rail. The new setup blends into the room quietly while giving Brent the stability and flexibility he needs.

Brent’s bathroom is now a calm, practical space that supports his independence without drawing attention to itself. Safer every day, and easier too.
