  • Our IT and business service providers including hosting, CRM (HubSpot), email delivery, and cloud storage providers, acting as data processors on our behalf.
  • Our advertising and analytics partners to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and reach similar audiences. We share limited customer and prospect data (such as name, address, email, phone number, cookie IDs and IP address) with partners including Sky UK Limited (for Sky AdSmart television campaign measurement and audience matching), Google, Meta, Microsoft and Reddit. These partners may use sub-processors; in the case of Sky this currently includes Google Ireland, Virgin Media, Experian, Adobe, TechEdge and TV Squared. Data is pseudonymised before matching wherever possible, is used to produce aggregated insights, and is not used by these partners for their own independent marketing purposes.
  • Review platforms – Reviews.io, TrustPilot and Google.
  • Professional advisers and regulators including our accountants, lawyers, insurers, the Financial Conduct Authority, HMRC, and the Information Commissioner’s Office where required.
