Once you give a call or fill out a form, our friendly team will chat with you about your existing bathroom and how we can help you & arrange a date for a home visit.
Home Visit & Measure
A friendly team member visits, inspects your bathroom, takes measurements, and listens to any pain points to find a solution tailored to you. No obligation.
3D Design & Review
We turn your measurements and ideas into a 3D design render so you can visualise the finished bathroom. Changes are welcome at any stage.
Payment & Plan
Choose a payment plan that suits you. We’ll confirm the timeline and finalise the project schedule. We’ll work with you to explore VAT exemption & buy now, pay later options
Installation
One or two installers remove the old bathroom and fit the new one. We keep disruption low, and take all waste away.
Aftercare & ForeverCare
We check you’re happy, stay available by phone for any niggles, and offer optional Forever Care. Which offers annual clean, seal touch-ups and guarantee extensions.
