Promotional Giveaway Terms and Conditions**

These terms and conditions apply to all daily Advent Calendar prize draws run by Age Care Bathrooms during December 2025.

1. Promoter

The promoter is Age Care Bathrooms Ltd, registered in England. Registered office: Age Care Bathrooms, Speedwell Industrial Estate, Telford Crescent, Staveley, Chesterfield S43 3PF.

2. How to Enter

Each daily giveaway post will explain how to enter. Unless stated otherwise, entrants must like the post, comment on the post and share the post publicly. Entries that do not follow the instructions will not be counted.

3. Free Entry

Entry is free. No purchase is required.

4. Start and Closing Dates

Each prize draw opens when the daily Advent Calendar post is published on the relevant social media platform. Entries close at 23.59 on the same day unless stated otherwise in the post.

5. Eligibility

Entrants must:
• be aged 18 or over
• be residents of England & Wales only
• not be residents of Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man
• enter using their own active social media account

Employees of Age Care Bathrooms, Age Care Maintenance or Town and Country Merchants, and their immediate families, are not eligible.

6. Number and Nature of Prizes

Each daily post will clearly state the prize for that day. Prizes may include vouchers, products, services and charitable donations. No cash alternative is available unless the prize description states otherwise. If a prize becomes unavailable, the promoter may offer a reasonable substitute of equal value.

7. Limitations and Restrictions

• One entry per person per platform per prize draw.
• Winners may be asked to provide proof of age and address before a prize is issued.
• Prizes involving home visits are only available within the areas covered by Age Care Bathrooms or Age Care Maintenance.
• Delivery times for physical prizes may vary during December.

8. Winner Selection

Winners are chosen at random from all eligible entries after the closing time. The winner will be contacted by private message on the platform where they entered. If the winner does not reply within 72 hours, the promoter may select a new winner.

9. Announcement of Winners

Weekly winner announcements will be posted on our social media pages every Monday throughout the Advent Calendar period.

10. Publicity

By entering, winners agree that Age Care Bathrooms may share their first name and town in winner announcements. No other personal details will be published.

11. Data Protection

12. Liability

The promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete entries, technical issues, or entries not received for any reason. Social media platforms are not connected with, or responsible for, this promotion.

The promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion if circumstances make this necessary. Entry into the prize draw constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. The decision of the promoter is final.
